I had a decent stay at the hotel overall. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views over the canal, and the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there were some drawbacks like the poor service experience and the breakfast options being limited to grab-and-go bags, which I found disappointing. While I appreciated the friendly staff in some areas, the rudeness of the maintenance manager really stood out as a negative aspect of my visit.
